About the role

Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a full-time MST-HVAC Technician to join our team in Tap-Oc, Molo Iloilo City. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
  • Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and other HVAC components
  • Perform installations, upgrades, and replacements of HVAC systems as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
  • Collaborate with the broader facilities management team to ensure a comfortable and efficient working environment
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or certificate in HVAC or a related technical field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
