  • Coordinate closely with client on all project-related concerns. This also includes close coordination with counterparts from the client as well as with E-Science' team.
  • Provide minutes of meeting within 24 hours for all meetings/discussions relating to the project (internal and external).
  • Provide regular project status reports to clients and management including account management reports, inputs on project delivery and its improvement.
  • Create internal and external milestones and objectives for the project and identify dependencies and potential risks.
  • Provide team feedback on performance thru team meetings and individual appraisal, as well as regular feedback to E-Science Management.
  • Coordinate with Product Head and QA Team Lead regarding the schedule of application testing.
  • Prepare documents regarding change requests unique to clients.
  • Prepare and secure acceptance documents and post project feedback from client.
  • Organize end users trainings if applicable.
  • Explore opportunities for business development (ie meeting client for possible future projects, change request on existing applications and clarify issues).
  • Prepare renewal contracts and other related documents required for commercial and collection matters.
  • Support accounting department with collection related matters.
  • Regularly check on customer feedback with regards to overall delivery of e-Science
