Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Actively greet guests, present menus, and take food and drink orders with a polite, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Order Taking & Delivery: Accurately input orders into the POS system, communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen, and promptly deliver food and beverages.
  • Menu Knowledge: Inform guests about food preparation, ingredients, and suggest, complimentary pairings.
  • Table Maintenance: Prepare tables, clean tables, remove used plates/utensils (pre-bussing), and ensure cleanliness.
  • Payment Processing: Issue bills and collect payments accurately.
  • Operational Standards: Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and act with a sense of urgency.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is typically preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
