Position: Financial Analyst (Manpower Operations)Job Description (JD)

The Financial Analyst is responsible for financial analysis and reporting to support manpower operations. The role focuses on profitability per client and contract, piece-rate computation, and labor cost analysis to ensure accurate pricing, margin control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze profitability per client, account, and deployment site
  • Compute and validate piece-rate labor costs based on output, volume, and agreed rates
  • Prepare costing and pricing models for manpower contracts and proposals
  • Monitor labor costs, payroll expenses, and statutory contributions
  • Conduct variance analysis versus budget and client billing
  • Coordinate with Operations, Payroll, and HR for accurate labor and output data
  • Prepare management reports on margins, productivity, and cost efficiency
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve margin performance
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies

Job Qualifications (JQ)

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years experience in financial analysis or costing
  • Experience in manpower agency, production, warehouse, or manufacturing is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of profitability analysis and labor cost computation
  • Familiar with piece-rate computation and output-based compensation
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, costing models)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with tight deadlines
