What you'll be doing:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve daily hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Perform routine maintenance such as server backups and PC updates.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, any computer-related course
  • At least six (6) months working experience in the field of IT.
  • Knowledge on Server maintenance/operation and IT Infrastructure troubleshooting.
  • Background on IBM Products, Linux, and Windows OS (specifically Windows 10).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
