Basic Purpose / Job Summary:

  • To provide support and contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies of the hip-hop sector of Viva Records

Responsibilities:

  • Aids with marketing and publishing material ideation and creation
  • Helps with strategizing with artist road map for releases
  • Provides support with the promotional campaigns of artists in the hip-hop roster
  • Assists with back-end support for offline and online artist activation
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned or as may be required by the job

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising and Public Relations or any related course
  • Must be well versed in hip-hop
  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Must have an in-depth knowledge of different photo and video editing tools.
  • Must be able to communicate well in Tagalog & English
  • Must be highly organized and with keen attention to detail
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, cutting across all levels of an organization
  • Must be resourceful, have initiative, and possess strong leadership skills
  • Self-starter, results-oriented and hardworking
  • Must be adaptable and flexible
  • Must be willing to work in the Ortigas Center, Pasig City
