  • Graduate of Architecture/Engineering/Drafting or any equivalent field.

  • Proficient in preparation of 2D drawings using AutoCAD from sketched or mark-ups and recommend changes when necessary.

  • Knowledgeable in using Autodesk products such as Revit and Navisworks.

  • With at least 2 years experience in producing detailed shop drawings for MEPF systems for a variety of building projects like commercial (high rise and mixed-use development), residential, retail, fit-outs, airports, plantrooms, cleanrooms, monorail and metro stations.

  • Prepare coordinated detailed design model/CAD from sketches or mark-ups and recommend change when necessary.

  • Comply with project schedule and due dates as advised by the engineer.

  • Team player, with a friendly personality, hard working, patient and particular in meeting deadlines

  • Willing to render work on extended hours when necessary.

  • Available as soon as possible.
