· Perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs as well as preventative maintenance

· Troubleshoot issues with diesel engines

· Determine what parts and tools are necessary to make repairs

· Complete shop paperwork

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

· Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements and specifications.

· Inspect machines, engines, transmissions, electrical, computer panel and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues.

· Conduct repairs aiming for a maximum reliability of machines and equipment.

· Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner.

· Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems, which includes cleaning, applying lubricants and replenishment of fluids to machinery components.

· Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventive measures to machine and vehicle users.

· Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.

· Assist in preparing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

· Maintain inventory control over equipment and supplies.

· Assist in risk management activities.

· Maintain maintenance and repairs logs and records.

· Diagnoses problems of heavy equipment in the area.

· Must have knowledge in hydraulics troubleshooting and basic electrical.

· Willing to assign in different project sites where the mechanic is needed.

· With solid background in repairing and maintenance of Heavy Equipment
