BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

The Marketing Officer - Ads & Promo is to direct and organize advertising programs and policies, as well as to conceptualize and propose marketing campaigns & activities with the goal of being able to boost sales, create brand awareness in the company's product and/or service. He/she is also responsible for managing other aspects connected to advertising and promotions such as, but not limited to, the planning of exhibits, and collaboration with influencers and others.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

● Work with the team to discuss marketing-related topics including campaigns, expenses, and partnerships.

● Oversees loyalty programs by keeping the member records necessary for managements review or for client deliberation.

● Does field work to conducting competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of competitors' marketing efforts as well as client visitation to gain insights on customer behavior and preferences.

● Plan and develop collaboration and partnership with selected influencers or other businesses that will help us have a strong brand visibility and identification. (Prepare and negotiate contracts for approval of the immediate head)

● Plans out sponsorship tie ups with partner clients (showroom ex-deals, mockups, UAP et al) and proposes an ROI plan.

● Plan and organize activities for the sales teams and clients to launch new offerings as well as to push products.

● Collaborating with creative teams to create compelling advertising materials or artworks such as promo artworks, tarpaulins, and billboards (depending on client's requests)

● In charge of planning and organizing trade shows, events, and other promotional activities. (budgets and plans for checking and approval of the immediate superior)

● Collaborating with internal teams for more successful marketing campaigns. (HR | warehouse | PS | Digital etc)

● Maintains a record of all marketing initiatives, including historical activity, in order to determine which ones are successful and which ones may use some improvement. In addition, as a point of reference for works to be done in the future.

● Determines and provides training support to sales teams (sales sessions) or caters to training requests from the sales team or the client.

● Ensure that all required reports, monitoring of campaigns, and post-evaluation reports are generated and submitted on time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
