Main Duties

1. To do regular maintenance, minor repair and expansion projects as presented by the Building Administrator.

2. To assist and coordinate with the Building Administrator on inspection for ground facilities and ensure maintenance of the following:

-Building and its facilities

-Water and Plumbing System

-Mechanical System

-Air Conditioning System

-Telephone system (both direct lines and PABX)

-Elevators

-Generators

3. To do simple repair as instructed by the Building Administrator for the equipment, piping, and other mechanical utilities for Galley operations.

4. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Chairman, General Manager, and Building Administrator.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php22,350.00 per month
