Role Description

This is an fulltime position for an Accounting Services Manager based in Quezon City, with a hybrid work setup that includes both office-based and remote work flexibility. The role involves training, managing, overseeing the work of associates and senior associates, lead the client engagements, managing client relationships, and provide management the necessary reports and feedback on client services delivery. The Accounting Services Manager will collaborate closely with assigned clients to ensure compliance, accuracy, and effective financial management within the client organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the accounting, tax compliance and payroll services team.
  • Supervise and review the works of Senior Associates and Accounting Associates.
  • Lead on timely communications with the clients of deliverable and responses to queries.
  • Prepares budgets, proposals, and work programs for execution by the team.
  • Manage relationship with clients throughout the engagement.
  • Trains and mentors Senior Finance Associates on-the-job and provide timely feedback and coaching.
  • Leads on ad-hoc projects to be assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • CPA with at least five (5) years of work experience in accounting, audit, taxation, finance from a reputable accounting firm, private or public companies.
  • Working knowledge and experience in IFRS, PFRS, and Philippine tax law.
  • Advanced skills in using Google Workspace tools, MS Excel, MS Word, and Powerpoint.
  • Willing to be trained to use OneCFO's tech, apps and workflows.
  • Articulate in Filipino and English, possess good interpersonal communication and personal leadership skills.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid work set-up.
  • Willing to travel for local and international client assignments and projects.
