We are seeking a
Project Manager
who will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives through structured planning, agile execution, and effective stakeholder engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, governance, and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Delivery Oversight

  • Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
  • Develop integrated project plans and track milestones

2. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead cross-functional squads and promote accountability
  • Resolve blockers and foster collaboration

3. Agile Governance & Sprint Management

  • Implement agile practices: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives
  • Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and BAs

4. Steering Committee Management

  • Prepare updates, escalate risks, and facilitate decision-making
  • Liaise between project teams and executive stakeholders

5. Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure transparency through regular reporting and alignment meetings

6. Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and develop recovery plans

7. Resource & Capacity Management

  • Align resources with project needs and resolve gaps proactively

8. Quality & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure deliverables meet business, audit, and regulatory standards (e.g., BSP, ITGC, InfoSec)

9. Change Control & Impact Analysis

  • Manage scope changes and facilitate impact assessments

10. Performance Monitoring & KPI Tracking

  • Track budget burn, velocity, risk heat maps, and earned value metrics

11. Documentation & Artifact Management

  • Maintain charters, risk registers, decision logs, and closure reports

12. Post-Implementation Review & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct retrospectives and drive process optimization

13. Portfolio Alignment & Strategic Reporting

  • Align projects with strategic roadmaps and contribute to governance reporting

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field

Experience:

  • 7–10 years in project/demand/portfolio management
  • Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services preferred
  • Strong background in stakeholder management and governance

Certifications (at least one required):

  • PMP (PMI)
  • PRINCE2 (Axelos)
  • CAPM (PMI)

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in demand forecasting and prioritization frameworks
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
