Location: National Capital Region (Assigned EastWest Bank Branches)

Schedule: Full-Time | Dayshift | Weekends Off

Work Setup: Onsite

Income Potential: Up to ₱50K–₱100K/month (Performance-Based)

About the Role

As a Bancassurance Financial Advisor, you will be working onsite at an assigned EastWest Bank branch. You'll provide clients with life insurance and investment-linked products while building strong partnerships with bank personnel to generate leads and help customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote & sell life insurance and investment products
  • Conduct financial needs analysis & client consultations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and tailored financial advice Collaborate with bank staff to generate leads & referrals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2 years in college + 2 years of sales or customer service experience, OR
  • Bachelor's degree + 1 year of experience (preferably in financial institutions)
  • Fresh graduates from business-related courses are welcome
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and highly motivated
  • Willing to work onsite at assigned EastWest Bank branches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
