Job Description:

  • Direct projects for both Japanese and international clients
  • Manage and supervise designers and animators
  • Handle quality control, scheduling, and review of deliverables
  • Coordinate and report with Japan-based staff (including online meetings)
  • When necessary, assist with hand-on production task such as design and layout adjustments

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Basic Knowledge of design principles
  • Practical experience in direction or product management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLIP STUDIO PAINT
  • Communicates effectively and works well with team members
  • Balance quality and efficiency throughout production
  • Adapts flexibly to both Japanese and international production styles and cultures

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Understanding or experience in character and parts separation for animation
  • Knowledge or experience using motion tools such as Spine or Live2D

Employment Type

  • Full-time or contract employee (negotiable)
  • Salary Range: 70, ,000 PHP per month (Depending on experience and skills)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 Am - 6:00 Pm
