Impex Supervisor

The Impex Supervisor / Assistant Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all import and export activities of the company in compliance with PEZA, BOC, and other government regulations. This role ensures efficient flow of materials, parts, and finished goods to support production and sales, while maintaining cost efficiency and strict adherence to documentation requirements

QUALIFICATION:

1. Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
   
   2.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in import/export, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a PEZA-registered company.
   
   3.Strong knowledge of PEZA, BOC, and related trade regulations.
   
   4.Hands-on experience in import/export documentation, shipping processes, and bonded warehouse operations.
   
   5.Familiarity with farm-in/farm-out and local sales transactions under PEZA.
   
   6.Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
   
   7.Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
   
   8.Strong communication and negotiation abilities, especially in coordinating with government agencies and logistics partners.
   
   9.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
