The Marketing Associate supports the restaurant's marketing efforts by promoting the brand, increasing customer engagement, and driving footfall through digital and on-ground campaigns. This role helps execute marketing strategies, manages social media, coordinates promotions, and assists in community engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant's offerings.
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) by creating engaging posts, responding to messages, and growing followers.
  • Coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and local partners for collaborations and promotions.
  • Design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and digital ads.
  • Monitor customer reviews and online reputation on platforms like Google, Zomato, Yelp, etc.
  • Assist in organizing in-house events, seasonal campaigns, and community outreach programs.
  • Conduct local market research and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports for management.
  • Support in managing loyalty programs and promotional offers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (kitchen, service, operations) to ensure brand consistency.
