Customer Service Associate/ Documentation Assistant

About the Role

The person is responsible to handle client coordination, documentation of government requirements and monitoring of shipments.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare all related documents in relation to forwarding and accounting processes.
  • Prepares report in relation to 3PL matters.
  • Monitors and submits necessary documents in relations to BOC and government requirements.
  • Identifies action items needed to secure immediate approval of documents sent to BOC portal and constant communication with clients.
  • Checks documents accuracy and submitted service functions.
  • Prepares additional tasks which will support customer service functions.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience​s

  • Bachelor's degree in Custom Administration
  • With experience as customer service assistant/ staff in any freight forwarding company
  • Knowledgeable in client coordination, documentation and monitoring of shipments
  • With good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Open to fresh graduates
