The Head Office Messenger is responsible for delivering and retrieving documents, parcels, and official communications both within and outside the company. This role ensures timely coordination with internal departments, external partners, and government agencies as needed to support smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and retrieve documents, parcels, and other official communications between the head office, branches, clients, and external partners.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, suppliers, and service providers as needed for official errands.
  • Track and report the status of delivered or pending items to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain proper records of all deliveries, receipts, and acknowledgments.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, document handling, and office support.
  • Represent the company in official errands, ensuring professionalism and timely execution.
  • Perform other office support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Senior High School or College Graduate.
  • Previous experience as a messenger, liaison, or office support staff is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, punctual, and organized.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and follow instructions accurately.
  • Trustworthy and capable of handling company documents and items with care.
  • Willing to perform errands outside the office as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php18,070.00 per month
