Ayala Alabang, National Capital Region, Philippines FODC-FIRST ORIENT DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION CORP. Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Authorities & Responsibilities:

1.) Plans, coordinates, recommends, and implements the construction designs.

2.) Provides direction to all contractors and supervises them when needed.

3.) Coordinates with the supervisors in the construction site in order to determine the working priorities.

4.) Shall be in charge in the supervision of the design, installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the following:

a. Drainage System

b. Sewer and Sanitary System

c. Sewerage and Treatment Plant System

d. Sprinkler System

5.) Performs other functions that may be delegated or assigned from time to time.

Job Specification:

1.) Must at least possess a Bachelor's, Professional License (Passed Board Exam), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.

2.) At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3.) Has the ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility as necessary.

4.) Has understanding of HVAC.

5.) Has the ability to read and understand schematics and recognition of hazards.
