DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and process bank transfers, check and wire payments, and intercompany fund movements in coordination with AP teams.
  • Issue collection receipts like OR, AR, PR, TR for all cash, check and bank transfer collections from customer and entities upon receipt of payments.
  • Posting of collection in the accounting system within 24 working hours upon receipt.
  • Deposit all cash and checks no later than the following banking day after collection.
  • Monitor completeness of collection receipt series and immediately report any series and unaccounted forms to top management.
  • Prepare the Daily Collection Report and monitor deposit and bank credits.
  • Assist in daily monitoring of bank account balances and report bounced checks to AR team for proper communication to the concern customer.
  • Maintain an accurate log and monitoring of all treasury-related activities and assist in monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Liaise with banks for basic transaction inquiries, account updates, and document submissions.
  • Assist in managing bank account documentation, including account openings, signatory updates, and compliance records.
  • Ensure all treasury files are accurately maintained, organized, and backed up regularly.
  • Support the Treasury team Leader in monitoring debt schedules, interest payments, and loan compliance timelines, if any.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as required by the finance department.
  • Perform other duties and undertake additional responsibilities as required/assigned by the Department Head.
