Job Summary

The Bus Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting guests from Solaire North to SM San Lazaro, and vice versa.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate company buses safely and responsibly along assigned routes and schedules.
  • Transport guests and/or employees to designated pickup and drop-off points.
  • Ensure passenger safety at all times, including assisting passengers when boarding and alighting if necessary.
  • Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the bus interior and exterior.
  • Report vehicle defects, accidents, incidents, or traffic violations immediately to the supervisor.
  • Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations strictly.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.
  • Provide courteous, professional, and respectful service to all passengers.
  • Coordinate with dispatchers or supervisors regarding schedules, routes, or emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code 1-3).
  • With experience driving a bus
  • Knowledge of traffic rules, road safety, and defensive driving practices.
  • Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php22,127.92 per month
