Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • With experience in customer service and holder of an NC2 certification
  • With experience as a Chiller Technician or in HVAC system maintenance
  • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving both electrical and mechanical issues
  • Open to traveling to various client locations for installation and maintenance tasks

Job Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair chiller systems and air conditioning units
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and conduct performance evaluations on HVAC equipment
  • Respond swiftly to emergency service requests, delivering effective solutions to reduce system downtime
  • Document service activities and provide recommendations following site visits
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule
