Job Description:

Your responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling trade technician work in line with client and contractual requirements. You will be working in a supportive and collaborative team environment, with your ability to liaise with trade personnel, customers, and prioritise competing challenges.

Salary Range: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 7am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Internal resource scheduling.
  • Answer and make phone calls.
  • Maintenance planning.
  • Raise and issue purchase orders.
  • Ensure job hours compliance by technicians.
  • Contract KPI management.
  • Internal business support.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a scheduling role or a similar field.
  • Experience using Pronto is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Experience in the HVAC/Fire/Electrical services industry is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Experience in front-line client and technician engagement.
  • Experience working with ERPs and scheduling tools.
  • Strong coordination, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Persuasive and resourceful.
  • Confident personality and a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to prioritise jobs in order of risk and importance.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong sense of teamwork and a proactive attitude.
