, you will be a frontline ambassador of our commitment to excellence in healthcare. You will engage with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals to promote ethical, science-based solutions that improve patient outcomes.

You will drive growth in your territory through meaningful relationships, strategic insights, and operational excellence — all while upholding the integrity and quality that define Getz Pharma.

Drive Territory Excellence and Market Growth

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic territory management.
  • Analyze month-to-date and year-to-date results; provide insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and evolving customer preferences to inform business strategies.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare accounts.
  • Prioritize customer segments and high-potential clients to ensure optimal coverage and impact.

Strengthen Customer Relationships and Expand Product Reach

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with doctors, KOLs, and Key Decision Makers (KDMs).
  • Conduct ethical, evidence-based product presentations that promote the value of our portfolio.
  • Understand prescribing behaviors and align your strategies to influence appropriate usage.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
  • Organize and lead engagement activities that boost brand visibility and reinforce trust.

Execute Operational Excellence and Strategic Collaboration

  • Optimize travel plans and daily routing to maximize productivity and reach.
  • Monitor product availability at pharmacies, distributors, and hospitals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to address issues around inventory, delivery, and territory needs.
  • Coordinate logistics and execution of medical programs, round tables, and key events.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports on field activities, performance, and adverse events.

Ensure Fiscal Responsibility and Resource Stewardship

  • Manage territory expenses within approved budgets.
  • Submit timely and accurate expense reports as per company guidelines.
  • Safeguard company assets and resources, ensuring responsible usage at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic background and leadership experience in extracurricular activities.
  • Experience in multinational companies or reputable organizations, specifically in Pharmaceutical or Consumer space.
