About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic
General Virtual Assistant
to provide administrative and operational support remotely. As the bridge between clients and efficient workflows, you will manage tasks, streamline processes, and enhance productivity. This role requires organization, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications
  • Collaborate with clients or teams to complete administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
  • Organize and maintain digital files, databases, and social media scheduling
  • Conduct research and compile data for projects or decision-making
  • Provide customer service or client support as required
  • Align efforts with client goals and operational needs
  • Communicate task updates and progress to supervisors or clients

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic understanding of administrative processes and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, Slack)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and a high-degree of accuracy to detail
  • Client-focused and adaptable approach

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Preferred Bachelors degree in Office Administration, and similar
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or general virtual assistant roles
  • Experience using remote collaboration and project management tools
  • Proven success in managing tasks and supporting clients remotely
  • Certifications in office administration or virtual assistance are a plus
  • Having experience in Bookkeeping, Marketing and graphic design is a bonus.

  • Preferred Applicants: Residents of Panabo City, Davao City, or within the Davao Region

  • Work Schedule: 3 PM – 12 MN

  • Weekends Off: Fixed
