ANZ Studio Lead

POSITION DESCRIPTION

OX Tools Global are seeking a talented and innovative ANZ Studio Lead for to join our team. As the Studio Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of graphic design within our department. This role requires a blend of creative vision, leadership skills, and project management expertise to ensure the successful execution of design projects through Wrike. You will lead a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality design output that aligns with our brand identity, guidelines, and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to nurture the professional growth and development of team members.

Project Management
: Oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within the requirements. Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workflow to optimize efficiency and productivity through Wrike management tool.

3.
Creative Direction
: Set the creative direction for design projects, aligning with brand guidelines and objectives. Collaborate with other departments to understand project requirements and develop innovative design solutions that meet their needs.

4.
Quality Assurance
: Maintain high standards of design excellence and ensure consistency across all projects. Review work produced by the team to ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to brand standards.

5.
Resource Allocation
: Manage resources effectively, including but not limited to graphic designers and the department's tools. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and workflow.

6.
Collaboration
: Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments such as marketing, product development, and sales to support integrated design solutions. Act as a liaison between the design team and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure alignment.

Trend Analysis
: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design. Apply knowledge of current trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement and ensure the studio remains competitive and relevant.

8.
Executive Interaction
: Collaborate with the executives and head of each department to understand their design needs, gather feedback, and present design concepts and solutions. Build strong relationships with the executive management team through effective communication and a solution-centric approach.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Training Qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related Field.

• Proven experience (10 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various mediums.

• Previous experience (5 years) in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within a design studio or agency environment.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Proficient in Project Management – specific experience in Wrike is advantageous.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively.

• Creative vision and a passion for design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Candidates must be located in Clark, Pampanga or Metro Manila.

40 Hours per Week (Monday - Friday)
