We're looking for a Participant Recruiter to join our strong data operations team in the Philippines You'll play a vital role in recruiting and engaging participants for neuroscience experiments, managing communication channels, and ensuring a smooth and positive participant experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research while working with a collaborative and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and screen participants for experiments and schedule their sessions
  • Call, text, and email participants to schedule sessions and confirm attendance
  • Motivate participants to ensure retention throughout the study
  • Manage recruitment processes using CRM systems
  • Monitor multiple communication channels (phone, email, messaging) and respond promptly
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all participants in the experiment
  • Contribute to team-wide recruitment goals and support colleagues in achieving them

Requirements:

  • Superb communication and social skills
  • Assertive and confident communicator; persuasive without being pushy
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively over the phone and in writing
  • Energetic and convincing salesperson mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking skills — comfortable handling calls, emails, and messages in parallel
  • Fluent in English and Filipino
  • Responsible, independent, and proactive in delivering positive results
  • Creative thinker with enthusiasm for solving challenges
  • Team player who communicates openly and works well with others
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer engagement (an advantage)
  • Comfort using software and CRM systems (an advantage)
