The Assistant Warehouse Supervisor assist the Warehouse Supervisor in managing daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of automotive spare parts. This role supports inventory accuracy, supervises warehouse staff, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize WMS and SAP to track inventory levels, update stock records, and process warehouse transactions.

· Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

· Coordinate with HR Admin, IT, procurement, and logistics for seamless warehouse operations.

· Supervise and train warehouse staff for safety procedures and operational protocols.

· Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

· Ensure that all spare parts are stored correctly, labeled, and organized to facilitate quick retrieval.

· Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency.

· Assist in enforcing safety and security procedures in the warehouse.

· Generate routine warehouse performance reports using SAP and WMS data.

· Evaluate Employee Performance.

· Attend Daily Report with the Client.

· Update SOP due to changes and operation.

· Other warehouse management-related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry.


• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP is mandatory.


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and safety protocols.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel.


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.


• Keen attention to details and highly organized


• Must be amenable to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna from Mondays to Saturdays according client's schedule
