Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on key equipment, including the generator set, to ensure continuous operation and reliability.
  • Promptly respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot a wide range of issues.
  • Perform repairs on equipment, machinery, and fixtures.
  • Help implement energy conservation and efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and building codes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on larger projects and repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
  • A strong foundation in engineering principles and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
