WORK LOCATION: Lipa City, Batangas

  • File and issue technical documents and regulatory requirements.
  • Test raw materials for new product applications and alternatives.
  • Perform sensory evaluation with consistent and accurate results.
  • Prepare samples, prototypes, and documents for analysis.
  • Assist in product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct bench-top and pilot plant trials.
  • Perform basic laboratory analysis on raw materials and products.
  • Support ingredient screening, sourcing, and evaluation.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize trial data for reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Production, QA, and Purchasing for testing and trials.
  • Maintain laboratory cleanliness, supplies, and equipment calibration.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS Food Technology or Chemistry.
  • Knowledgeable in documentation and implementation of GMP and HACCP.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • At least 2 years' experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
