  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and professionally during events
  • Conduct pre-event testing and post-event equipment checks
  • Communicate effectively with event planners, banquet staff, and clients to meet technical requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in event spaces and AV storage areas
  • Follow hotel standards, safety procedures, and event timelines
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent the hotel in a professional manner
