* Technical Support Assistance: The Primary responsibility of technical support is to assist Hotel Guest, Employees or end-users with their technical issues, inquiries, or questions. This can be done via phone, email, chat or in person.

* Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose technical problems, either remotely or through onsite visit, to resolve issues efficiently. This involves asking probing questions to understand the problem, analyzing symptoms, and applying troubleshooting techniques to finds a solution.

*Technical Expertise: Possess and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's equipment and systems. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to proved accurate and timely support.

-Audio/ Video/ Light Setup

  • E- Door Lock Management System

  • CCTV Installation and Maintenance

  • Basic Network and Internet Support

*Documentation/ Daily Activity Report: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions. Documentation troubleshooting steps, solutions, and frequently asked questions for future reference and to build a knowledge base.

*Software and Hardware Installation/ Configuration: Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and setup of software applications, hardware devices, peripherals, or network components. This may involve remote assistance or on-site support.

*Remote Support Tools: Utilize remote access tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on customers' devices or systems. Ensure security protocols are followed when accessing remote systems and protect sensitive information.

*24/7 Support: Provide round-the-clock technical support as needed, through on-call rotations or shift work.
