Experienced Tagalog/Filipino and Mandarin Content Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1.Provide daily user support via English and Filipino languages for game-related inquiries and technical issues.

2.Deliver timely, accurate solutions to ensure player satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.

3.Collaborate with operations and product teams to enhance user engagement and community relations.

4.Moderate player-generated content(text, images, videos) to enforce trust & safety (T&S) policies filtering harmful/inappropriate material.

  1. Document and escalate high-risk issues (e.g., harassment, fraud, self-harm) following security protocols.

6.Gather player feedback and collaborate with ops/product teams to improve game safety and user experience.

Requirements:

1.Native proficiency in Filipino and English, with cultural familiarity of the Philippines. Basic Chinese communication skills (written/spoken) preferred.

  1. New grads are welcome.

  2. Passion for gaming with a service-oriented mindset,proactively identify user needs beyond scripted responses.

  3. Ownership mindset: Propose process improvements and take initiative rather than task-only execution.

  4. Adaptability to non-standard schedules (weekdays off) and teamwork under pressure.

Preferred:

-Understanding of regional gaming trends/player behaviors.

-Chinese speaking is prefered

-Prefer 1+ year experience in customer service/content auditing (game industry preferred).

-Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

-Long term cooperation, not a part time job.
