As a Panel Assistant, you'll be part of the Panel Management team responsible for maintaining the company's online panel community. You'll manage panelist interactions, handle website operations, and ensure a smooth experience for users. This position is open to fresh graduates who are tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and eager to develop their career in a digital operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support panel management operations, focusing on website and application activities.
- Handle panelist inquiries, point exchanges, and user account issues through online platforms.
- Document work processes, update databases, and prepare regular reports.
- Assist the VP for Global Panel & Partnership Development in panel management tasks.
- Maintain and utilize internal tools for effective panel and data operations.
- Monitor and compare the panel's performance against competitors to identify improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction and system efficiency.
- Participate in administrative tasks and team meetings as needed.
- Uphold the company's positive public image through professional and responsive communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or Social Sciences (or related field).
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer service-oriented, with a positive and open-minded attitude.
- Interest in web operations, blog management, or social media (SNS) administration is an advantage.
