About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial health and performance of the company. The ideal candidate will provide strong financial leadership, ensure effective financial controls, and support management in decision-making to drive growth and profitability. Experience in the construction or related industries is an advantage but not required.

CORE FUNCTIONS

Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards.

Oversee cash flow management, cost control, and financial planning to ensure operational sustainability.

Supervise accounting, payroll, and treasury functions, ensuring sound internal controls and audit readiness.

Provide financial insights to management for decision-making on investments, cost efficiency, and growth strategies.

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies (BIR, SEC, etc.).

Implement policies and systems that strengthen financial integrity and accountability.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

Accuracy and timeliness of monthly/annual financial reports

Budget variance within ±5%

Cash flow sufficiency ratio maintained at target level

Audit findings reduced or cleared on schedule

Tax and regulatory filings submitted 100% on time

Financial process improvement initiatives implemented quarterly Location: Cebu City
