VA Director for Pooling

The VA Director will be responsible for driving performance, compliance, and service excellence across distributed teams supporting U.S.-based mortgage clients. This role requires deep mortgage industry knowledge, operational rigor, and a passion for team development.

• Lead and manage VA teams supporting mortgage processing, underwriting, and client servicing
• Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and performance metrics aligned with mortgage compliance standards
• Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets regulatory and client expectations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across hiring, onboarding, training, and QA
• Ensure alignment between offshore operations and client-side mortgage processes
• Formalize documentation and governance frameworks for scalable VA support

• Proven leadership experience in mortgage operations or VA management (minimum 5 years)
• Strong understanding of U.S. mortgage lifecycle, terminology, and compliance requirements
• Experience managing remote or offshore teams in a BPO or VA setting
• Exceptional skills in process documentation, stakeholder communication, and performance management
• Amenable to work onsite - Cebu
