Job Summary:

The Ecommerce Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth order processing, timely fulfillment, and high-quality customer service. The role also involves managing online product listings, coordinating with other departments, and optimizing the ecommerce workflow to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce team (customer service, order fulfillment, product listing, etc.).
  • Manage online store platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok).
  • Monitor online sales, inventory levels, order accuracy, and fulfillment timelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are properly executed online.
  • Analyze ecommerce metrics and generate reports on sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized with proper descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Train and guide team members on ecommerce processes and customer service best practices.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and returns handling.
  • Stay updated on ecommerce trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with major ecommerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge in digital marketing or SEO is a plus.
  • Experience using inventory or order management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
