Job Qualification

  1. Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in business studies/administration/management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field. Must possess strong systems skills; solid analytical, negotiating skills and knowledge of commercial credit and collection laws.
  2. At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
  3. Proficient in the use of basic applications like MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, including email access. Moderate keyboard skills at 40 WPM and 80% accuracy.
  4. Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills.
  5. Effective English communication skills, both oral and written. Can speak the local dialect and/or Filipino.
  6. Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
  7. Knowledge and skill of modern office practices, procedures, equipment and standard clerical techniques.
  8. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices. Leadership and human resources management skills.
  9. Efficient facilitation skills. Should be able to facilitate group discussions.
  10. Ability to meet department metrics, sales targets and production goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A. Technical Areas of Responsibility as

Accounts Recovery Clerk:

  1. Coordinates with Accounts Monitoring Clerk on the Loan Account Agreement of the clients. Responds to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.

  2. Reviews customer files for accuracy and identification of irregularities. Discusses with the client the status of account such as the amount to be paid to update the account or other remedies to help out the client in managing his account.

  3. Performs day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data.

  4. Processes accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

  5. Prepares analytical reports detailing trends, account status and aging detail.

  6. Facilitates payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

Legal Associate:

  1. He develops and maintains basic legal knowledge on Obligations and Contracts, court processes and litigation.

  2. He develops and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the company's loan products and services and an understanding of the qualifications required of each client.

  3. He assists in the preparation of various Legal Documents including but not limited to Small Claims cases, Compromise Agreements, etc.

  4. He monitors schedule of hearings, status and development of cases and making sure that no cases shall be delayed except for justifiable cause.

  5. He assists in the implementation of the Writ of Execution of Court Decision and monitors Items in Litigation (ITL).

  6. He conducts thorough legal research on cases assigned.

  7. He submits comprehensive reports on time.
