Sanitary Engineer

· Shall assist the Sewerage and Sanitation Specialist. This engineer, along with the specialist, will provide support to both audit teams (Manila Water and Maynilad).

· Perform document review and data gathering of MWCI/MWSI CAPEX Projects related to sewerage and sanitation

· Assess and evaluate the prudence and efficiency of CAPEX projects using the MWSS-RO approved Technical Audit Guidelines

· Conduct site validation and field visits of completed and ongoing MWCI/MWSI CAPEX Projects related to sewerage and sanitation

· Analyze the effect of unimplemented CAPEX to KPIs/BEMs and service obligations related to sewerage and sanitation.

· Assist in the preparation of inception report, progress report, draft final audit report, final audit report and final acceptance report.

· Assist in the transfer of technology and expertise to MWSS RO personnel

Reports to the project office in MWSS RO Building, Katipunan Avenue, corner H Ventura St, Balara, Quezon City

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree graduate in Civil Engineering or Sanitary Engineering
• Computer literate (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of water supply, wastewater and NRW projects
• With similar experience in water and sanitation engineering
