About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Autoglass.Ph.,Inc' in General Santos City, South Cotabato. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, working closely with various departments to ensure smooth administrative processes. What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments
  2. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
  3. Managing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
  4. Handling correspondence, both written and verbal, in a professional manner
  5. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  6. Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  7. Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  6. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  7. A team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
