The Midwife at Glory Reborn Organization is responsible for the provision of care to our patients, practicing patient and case management from prenatal care through labor & delivery, and postpartum and initial newborn care. As a Midwife, you will be working with a team of Midwives and Nurses to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible. We believe in a holistic approach and as such you will also be responsible for building loving, healthy relationships with our patients and fellow staff members, to encourage one another and to serve in the same way that Christ has served us.

Key Responsibilities:

Provision of the highest quality of maternity care including but not limited to:

• Prenatal care

• Labor & Delivery care

• Postpartum care

• Newborn care

• Spiritual Counseling and Care and Ministry

• Conduct patient education on a variety of maternity related topics

• Conduct and participate in Spiritual education classes

• Ensure the excellence of care that is provided by participating in regular education classes, as well as case reviews

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Midwifery
  2. Current and Valid PRC License
  3. 1-3 years of relevant Labor & Delivery experience
  4. Christian with a desire to pursue Ministry and Mission Work
  5. Outstanding attitude and willingness to get things done
  6. Compassionate
  7. Experience in charity or non-profit organizations is a bonus
