Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and Target Setting: Assist in forecasting inventory needs and setting sales targets for branches and dealers.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, particularly turnover rates by model, to assess current sales performance. Provide weekly turnover reports for each model and dealer, along with actionable strategies to enhance sales.
  • Dealer Policy Validation: Validate dealer policies using the company's system to facilitate the processing of dealer claims.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor and track purchase orders from distributors and dealers to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely recording of all sell-in and sell-thru data in the system.
  • Reporting: Prepare and provide necessary reports and data analysis for the President and assist other departments as needed. Maintain organized records of all incoming and outgoing documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Telecommunications industry.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Critical thinker with a keen attention to detail.
