Philippines Muvr Full time
About Muvr

Muvr is an AI-powered logistics and marketplace platform connecting customers, providers, and partners to make moving, delivering, and removing items seamless. We're reimagining how real-world logistics meets digital intelligence through automation, real-time matching, and intuitive design.

We believe that every move, delivery, or pickup should feel simple, transparent, and human. As a UI/UX Designer, you'll help us make that happen — crafting digital experiences that make complex logistics effortless.

Position Overview

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can transform operational complexity into simple, beautiful, and intuitive product experiences.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Community Ops to design interfaces used daily by thousands of customers, drivers, and partners.

This role requires both creative flair and structured thinking — balancing user empathy, brand alignment, and operational clarity in every design decision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end user experiences for Muvr's core services (Moves, Deliveries, Junk Removal).
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and friction points.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
  • Maintain and evolve Muvr's design system for consistent cross-platform experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate business goals into intuitive interfaces.
  • Optimize UX for accessibility, efficiency, and clarity across mobile and web.
  • Use feedback and analytics to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
  • Support marketing and ops design initiatives for product launches and training tools.
Who You Are
  • You're a problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • You care deeply about design systems, usability, and clear communication.
  • You're comfortable collaborating across product, ops, and engineering teams.
  • You're curious about how AI, automation, and logistics intersect with UX design.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showing UX process and UI craftsmanship.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience designing for responsive web and mobile apps.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience designing for marketplaces, logistics, or SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with user testing, A/B experimentation, and data-driven design.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end collaboration (React/Tailwind a plus).
  • Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional global teams.
What Success Looks Like
  • Simpler booking and tracking flows with higher completion rates.
  • Consistent design system adoption across all Muvr products.
  • Improved usability metrics and lower user support volume.
  • Positive feedback from both internal and external users.
Why Join Muvr
  • 100% remote work.
  • Collaborative, design-driven culture.
  • Work directly with PMs, engineers, and AI teams to shape real-world logistics.
  • Competitive pay and growth opportunities.
  • Inclusive environment that values creativity, learning, and impact.
