We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor who can take charge of project costing, tendering, contracts, and commercial management. This role offers strong career growth in a top-tier Philippine contractor handling multiple mid- and large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, take-offs, and project budgets.
  • Lead tender and procurement activities, including bid analysis and canvassing.
  • Monitor project costs, evaluate variations, and issue cost reports.
  • Handle contract administration, claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.
  • Support project managers in commercial and financial aspects of project execution.
  • Provide cost-related insights during design changes and value engineering proposals.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in QS or commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of cost control, tendering, and contract management.
  • Familiar with construction materials, methods, and industry cost benchmarks.
  • RICS/CIOB membership is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
