Job Description:

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to employees. This role

involves a range of responsibilities aimed at promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of the

company's workforce. The primary focus is on preventive healthcare, medical assistance, and first aid,

with the aim of ensuring a safe and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing basic healthcare needs to a companys employees including administering first aid

where needed and evaluating employees overall health.

Responsible for administering medication and treatment during work hours to some employees.

Responsible for coordinating with the companys healthcare provider to set up annual exams

and physicals for all employees.

Evaluating an employees health and making lifestyle recommendations to improve their health

Collaborate with the company's safety officers to ensure compliance with occupational health

and safety standards. Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of

safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse

With at least 1-year working experience

Willing to be assigned to the site

Preferably with OHNAP Certification

Preferably with experience in the Construction Industry

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees of diverse

backgrounds and relay medical information clearly.

Familiarity with health promotion strategies, wellness programs, and disease prevention.

Basic knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.

Ability to manage health records, medical supplies, and documentation efficiently.

Willingness to adapt to different workplace environments and handle a variety of medical
