Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure blockchain architectures leveraging Fireblocks for digital asset custody, wallet management, and transaction processing.
  • Integration: Lead the integration of wallet infrastructure, API, and SDKs into our platform, ensuring seamless and secure operations for digital asset management.
  • Technical Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for blockchain-based solutions, aligning with business objectives
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of developers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • System Optimization: Optimize blockchain infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency while maintaining high security standards.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to industry best practices for security, regulatory compliance, and security protocols (e.g., MPC, multi-signature wallets).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, DevOps, security teams, and external partners to deliver solutions.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging blockchain technologies, Fireblocks updates, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectures, integrations, and processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
  • Knowledge or interest in blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Bitcoin, or other major protocols
  • Hands-on experience integrating and managing various platforms and applications, including its APIs, SDKs
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, REACT, Java, RESTful APIs
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of security best practices in blockchain and digital asset management.

Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., KYC, AML, GDPR) in the blockchain and financial sectors.
  • Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or active participation in the Web3 community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php200,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

  • Software Engineering: 8 years (Preferred)
  • Technical Leadership: 2 years (Preferred)
