Work location: Ortigas, Pasig

Work setup: (Hybrid – 3x onsite per week)

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary: 130,000 – 140,000

About Role

We are seeking a SharePoint Architect Lead to drive our digital transformation initiative and modernize collaboration and content management systems. SharePoint will serve as the core platform for document management, workflow automation, and enterprise knowledge sharing.

As the lead architect, you will provide strategic direction, design expertise, and technical leadership, ensuring secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that align with enterprise IT strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and oversee SharePoint architecture, including information structure, security, and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Lead the design and implementation of SharePoint Online solutions, Power Platform, and Azure integrations.
  • Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding practices, and performance benchmarks.
  • Mentor developers and administrators on SharePoint methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop governance models, security frameworks, and usage guidelines.
  • Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into functional SharePoint solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions.

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert .

Technical Expertise

  • 2+ years delivering and maintaining M365 and SharePoint in large enterprise environments.
  • 2+ years developing SPFx solutions.
  • 4+ years in cloud systems (Azure or AWS), including CI/CD pipelines.
  • 4+ years full-stack development (React, Angular, , , Python, HTML, Web Services).
  • Experience deploying at least 1 Generative AI solution into production.
  • Experience implementing search engines, ranking algorithms, and mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, SDLC).
  • Experience with DataDog .

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
