We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand story to life in stores. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, understands consumer behavior, and knows how to turn displays into experiences that sell.

This position combines on-ground store visits (1–2x per month per store) with daily remote monitoring through photos and videos sent by store staff.

Responsibilities

  • Visual Guidelines. Develop and implement merchandising guidelines that align with brand identity.
  • Store Visits. Visit each store 1–2 times per month to check compliance, refresh displays, and guide staff.
  • Remote Monitoring. Review daily store photos/videos, provide feedback, and ensure standards are followed.
  • Display Execution. Plan and set up window displays, in-store highlights, and seasonal presentations.
  • Campaign Rollouts. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on promotions and launches.
  • Staff Training. Train store teams on proper display execution, product handling, and VM standards.
  • Market Awareness. Track competitor displays and trends for inspiration and benchmarking.
  • Reporting. Prepare reports on compliance, display effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in visual merchandising (fashion, shoes, or bags preferred).
  • Strong eye for design, styling, and color that appeals to Gen Z and Millennials.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (sell-through focus).
  • Comfortable with both field work (store visits) and remote monitoring/reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to guide and train store staff.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Knowledge of VM tools (planograms, mood boards, reporting templates) is a plus.
  • Trend-savvy, resourceful, and adaptable to fast retail cycles.

Work Setup

  • Hybrid: Daily remote monitoring + in-person store visits (1–2x per month per store).
  • Flexible Schedule: Adjusted to campaign rollouts and store needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 – 21 per week
