We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead cross-functional teams and drive the development of cutting-edge web, mobile, and game applications. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with project management, architecture design, and team mentorship. You'll work across Unity, Flutter, React, and backend systems like PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase, and cloud platforms including Vercel, Google Cloud, and AWS.

We're looking for someone who not only writes clean, scalable code but also leverages AI tools to optimize workflows, boost productivity, and inspire innovation across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor developers, designers, and technical staff to deliver high-quality applications across platforms.

  • Architect scalable, performant systems using PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase, and cloud services (GCP, AWS, Vercel).

  • Manage the full development lifecycle—from technical requirements to deployment — ensuring alignment with timelines and client expectations.

  • Implement agile methodologies using Jira and Confluence for sprint planning, tracking, and documentation.

  • Optimize code management and deployment using Git, Unity Version Control, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Provide guidance on framework selection and backend architecture for various projects.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.

  • Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support career development aligned with 3XPO's goals.

  • Champion the use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance development, documentation, testing, and creative workflows.

About You

  • 5+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

  • Proven experience with Unity, Flutter, and React for building web, mobile, or game applications.

  • Strong backend expertise with PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Vercel).

  • Proficient in Git, Unity Version Control, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and Confluence.

  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, software architecture, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse technical teams and deliver complex projects.

  • Passionate about AI integration and staying ahead of emerging tech trends.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in game development using Unity.

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture or cloud-native development.

  • Ability to balance hands-on coding with project oversight and team leadership.
