JOB SUMMARY

Handles customer payments (cash or other accepted methods) and ensures accuracy in Cost Remittance Slips (CRS), daily sales, and transactions. Provides excellent customer service at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Service

  • Delivers excellent customer service.
  • Processes various payment methods accurately.
  • Acknowledges exact payments and properly hands change to customers.
  • Informs customers about ongoing promos/events.

2. Cash Operations

  • Ensures authenticity of cash, checks, credit cards, and gift checks.
  • Operates the POS following company policies.
  • Ensures correct pricing, discounts, and promotions in the system.
  • Safekeeps and completes all transaction documents.

3. Cash Management

  • Maintains adequate change funds.
  • Remits cash collections to the Store Supervisor–Administration.
  • Ensures accuracy of CRS and daily sales reports.
  • Confirms correctness of all customer payments.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business or related fields.
  • Experience in cash operations from a service-oriented company is an advantage.

*Willing to be assigned in Robinsons Appliances - Iba, Zambales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
